The ASA Foundation (ASA-F), the 501 (c)(3) wing of the American Suppressor Association, is thrilled to announce our inaugural Silent Night Banquet! Buy your tickets today to help us reach our goal of raising $250,000 for ASA-F’s pro-suppressor litigation and educational initiatives. 

By purchasing tickets to this festive fundraiser , you will do your part to help fund ASA-F lawsuits that will ensure suppressors are protected by the Second Amendment, that suppressors become legal in all 50 states (yes, that means Illinois, California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Rhode Island, and Delaware), and that suppressors can never be banned in the future! 

Keynote Speaker:

Capt. Chad Fleming

Captain Chad Fleming was wounded in combat on three separate occasions, undergoing 23 surgeries, one of which resulted in the amputation of his left leg below the knee. This level of injury is devastating, resulting in the end of military service for an overwhelming majority of soldiers. However, Capt. Fleming re-deployed 5 times after his injuries, not only reengaging in the fight for American principles and values but serving as an inspiration to his fellow soldiers.

After serving with distinction and receiving numerous awards and decorations, including the Meritorious Service Medal, (2) Bronze Star Medal with Valor, (3) Purple Heart Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal with Valor, Capt. Fleming retired from active duty and continued to deploy in support of the United States for another 12 years.

ASA-F WILL FIGHT UNTIL EVERY SUPPRESSOR BAN IS OVERTURNED!

1. suppressor bans are unconstitutional

There has never been a Federal ban on suppressors, but there are currently 8 states where their possession is prohibited. Each of these state bans is a violation of the Constitution.

2. THE SECOND AMENDMENT PROTECTS YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE SUPPRESSORS

Suppressors have been classified as firearms since 1934. As such, they are bearable arms and must be afforded the same Constitutional protections by the Second Amendment as firearms.

3. ASA-F WILL FIGHT UNTIL EVERY SUPPRESSOR BAN IS OVERTURNED

Suppressors are legal to own in 42 states. California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island are the 8 states that ban suppressors. The lawsuit challenging the ban in Illinois is the first of its kind, but it will not be the last!

The ASA-F and Silencer Shop backed lawsuit is the first step of many to overturn the unconstitutional bans on suppressors.

The lawsuit in Illinois is the first ASA-F backed suit of its kind. It will not be the last. ASA-F will continue until every suppressor ban is overturned!

Winning in court will end the threat of suppressor bans

In 2023, legislators in Virginia and New Mexico tried to ban suppressors. Winning in court will ultimately ensure that suppressor bans are never on the table again!
